Is NeXarise A Pyramid Scheme? No But It’s A Reboot Of Another MLM Company Called ACN

Hey how’s it going?

If you’re like me you might have come across this new company called NeXarise and want to know more about it, or perhaps someone invited you to join their team.

So now you’re probably wondering is NeXarise a pyramid scheme or a legit way for you to make some extra money online.

Well within my review I’ll be going over what this company is, what it is selling, how much it costs to join, how much you can expect to make, and more.

This way you will be able to decide if this is right for you by the time you’re done reading my article.

So without any further ado, let’s get right into it!

Website: Nexarise.com

Price: one time fee of £199 ( $263.17 ) then £20.40 ( $26.98 ) a month after that

Rating: 3 out of 5

What Is NeXarise?

NeXarise is a new MLM (multi-level marketing company ) that claims to be a home based business opportunity for individuals who want more out of life.

It launched a couple of months ago in September of 2020 by 3 different founders named Asad Ali, Ahmed Mukhtar, and Liju Thomas.

What I found interesting though is all 3 of these people came from a previous MLM company called ACN — where they gained over 20 years of experience in network marketing.

Now why they decided to leave I can’t say, but my guess would be that they either didn’t like how things were being run — or they realized they could make more money creating their own business versus just building large downlines.

Either way, they decided to leave ACN and develop NeXaraise because they wanted to provide a global opportunity for people all around the world to earn a residual income.

Can this really happen though if you join this opportunity?

Well I will say it’s definitely possible, but it’s not going to be a walk in the park and in all honesty you are probably going to end up making nothing.

I’ll explain more why this in a second, but first let’s see what this company is offering us.

The webinar I watched did not provide any information for this category

All in all their products seemed decent — as they didn’t seem too overpriced or a great deal that you should jump at.

NeXarise Compensation Plan

The thing I really dislike about MLM companies is having to go through their compensation plan.

But what I hate even more is running across a company that fails to provide one at all as NeXarise does.

So after watching their webinar and gathering information elsewhere online, I have come up with the following details of how their plan works.

Affiliate Ranks:

Within NeXarise’s plan, there are 15 ranks you can obtain which are as follows…

  1. IBO
  2. Customer Qualified IBO
  3. Executive Team Trainer 100
  4. Executive Team Trainer 250
  5. Executive Team Leader 500
  6. Executive Team Leader 1000
  7. Team Coordinator 3000
  8. Team Coordinator 5000
  9. Regional Director 10K
  10. Regional Vice President 20K
  11. Regional Vice President 50K
  12. Regional Vice President 100K
  13. Senior Vice President 200K
  14. Senior Vice President 500K
  15. Senior Vice President Crown

Now to climb in the ranks you have to generate and maintain a certain number of sales per month — and the higher you go the more you have to make.

For example at rank 2 ( Customer Qualified IBO ) you only need to make 100 sales a month, however at rank 15 ( Senior Vice President Crown )  you and your team have to maintain a total of 11,200,000 sales a month!

So again as you can see this is no easy task, and the chances of you even getting past rank 3 is highly unlikely.

Personal Sales Commissions:

Depending on how many sales you personally make a month will determine how much money you can earn as seen here.

  • Make 150 – 299 sales a month and you’ll earn 1%
  • Make 300 – 699 sales a month and you’ll earn 3%
  • Make 700 – 999 sales a month and you’ll earn 5%
  • Make 1,000 – 1,999 sales a month and you’ll earn 10%
  • Make 2,000 or more a month and you’ll earn 20%

Residual Commissions:

Residual commissions are determined by what rank you are, and again the higher rank you are the more you’ll make.

Now to climb higher you’ll have to build a team, and NeXaraise uses a unilevel structure within their plan.

This means anyone you personally recruit will be on your first level, if anyone from your first level recruits someone these people will be on your 2nd level, and so on and so forth as seen here:

Is NeXarise A Pyramid Scheme - Unilevel compensation structure

So if you are one of the VERY few lucky ones that manage to build a large and active team, here’s how much you can expect to make…

  • Executive Team Trainer 100 = £100 / $132.24 a month
  • Executive Team Trainer 250 = £250 / $330.61 a month
  • Executive Team Leader 500 = £500 / $661.22 a month
  • Executive Team Leader 1000 = £1,000 / $1,322.45 a month
  • Team Coordinator 3000 = £3,000 / $3,967.34 a month
  • Team Coordinator 5000 = £5,000 / $6,612.23 a month
  • Regional Director 10K = £10,000 / $13,224.45 a month
  • Regional Vice President 20K = £20,000 / $26,448.90 a month
  • Regional Vice President 50K = £50,000 / $66,122.25 a month
  • Regional Vice President 100K = £100,000 / $132,244.50 a month
  • Senior Vice President 200K = £200,000 / $264,489.00 a month
  • Senior Vice President 500K = £500,000 / $661,222.50 a month
  • Senior Vice President Crown = £1,000,000 / $1,322,445.00 a month

Bonuses:

There are also a few different bonuses you can earn with this company such as the Rank Achievement Bonus, and the Fast Start Bonus.

Now I won’t go over the exact details of how these work or how much you can earn, but if you would like to know you can watch this company’s webinar that is around 1 hour and 32 mins long that goes over this and a lot more.

How Much Does It Cost?

To become a member of NeXarise and start earning money, you have to pay a one time fee of £199 / $263.17 then £20.40 / $26.98 a month after that.

What I Like About It

  • The founders seem to be honest and experienced

Based on my research, the founders of this company ( Asad Ali, Ahmed Mukhtar, and Liju Thomas ) all seem to know how to run a network marketing company with over 20 years of experience between them.

Also they don’t seem to ever have been involved in shady companies or scams in their past — which makes them appear trustworthy people that will look out for their members.

What I Don’t Like About It

  • It doesn’t give full details on their website

One of the things NeXarise stresses a lot is how their products / services are going to change the world.

In fact they even compare themselves to Amazon when it was in its infancy stage!

However I find it funny that when you go to their product page they give ZERO information about them, but rather give you a list of Do’s And Dont’s.

Is NeXarise A Pyramid Scheme - All they provide is a list of Do's and Don'ts

Plus they also fail to provide a detailed compensation plan on their website, which is something I believe should be given for every MLM business that’s created.

  • You’ll have to bother friends and family

It’s a fact that the only way you’ll ever make decent money with this company is by building a team.

However unless you already have a social media account with thousands of followers or know how to drive thousands of people to a website with SEO, you will result to asking people that are close to you.

This means your friends, family, neighbors, and so on.

And the main problem with this is that by asking these people to join your team can cause serious and sometimes long lasting stress on your relationship with these people.

  • The chances of you making a good income are very low

According to research done by the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission ) and other sources, 99% of everyone who joins an MLM company loses money.

This means that 1% or 1 out of 100 people will actually go on to make a good income.

Is NeXarise A Pyramid Scheme - 99% of people involved in an MLM company lose money

And I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I’d want to join a business model with these types of stats — let alone a new company that you have no idea will fail or not.

Is NeXarise A Scam?

NeXarise does not appear to be a scam.

It is run by experienced people who have had no shady dealings in their past, the products this company is offering seem decent, and their compensation plan seems pretty fair.

However with that said, the fact remains that if you join the likelihood of you actually earning a good income is slim to none — and isn’t that the whole reason you are wanting to join in the first place?

So while the choice is completely up to you, I’d recommend you take your time and really think it over before jumping at this opportunity.

Because I know for a fact that there are easiest, faster, and better ways of generating an income online such as becoming an affiliate marketer

Is NeXarise A Pyramid Scheme?

NeXarise is not a Pyramid Scheme.

Because how these schemes work is members only make money by recruiting people rather than selling physical products.

This means that people who join a company early on get to be at the top of the “pyramid” and make all the money — while everyone else who joins later earns nothing.

So once recruiting starts to slow down or stop altogether the company collapses onto itself because it can’t pay everyone.

And to further explain why NeXarise is not a Pyramid Scheme and how you can spot one, you can watch this short 2 minute video.

My Final Thoughts

NeXarise looks to be like your average MLM company that offers legit products / services.

However with that said, this company is still new so it’s hard to say how well it will do or if it will even be around 5 years from now.

Plus the only way you’ll ever become successful is if you recruit hundreds upon hundreds of people each month into your team.

And I don’t know about you, but I hardly know 50 people I could ask let alone know how to find 100 new every single month.

This is why I prefer affiliate marketing to generate an income online.

There’s no recruiting whatsoever, you can sell whatever products you want, and you don’t have to spend a dime on advertising.

You simply create helpful content that points people towards products they’re already looking for  — then you get paid a commission each time they buy something.
